
Telehealth Services
All of our services below are provided via telehealth. Mental health care has not always been readily available. Many people have struggled to find health care in the past, leading to an avoidance of the issue altogether. Online therapy, also known as teletherapy removes many of the barriers – physical, emotional, or mental – towards seeking out therapy and makes it accessible for more people.

Individual therapy is a process in which a therapist and a client work collaboratively in a safe and judgment free environment, processing past and present traumas, while setting and working towards future goals. Individual therapy provides a space for you, the client, to feel both seen and heard.

When working with couples and families we focus on interpersonal dynamics and connectivity. Allowing each person to be in a safe space to discuss challenges and areas of conflict while being specific about treatment goals. We get a consensus about what the couple or family would like to accomplish together and work on strategies to achieve these goals.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference.
